•You may not use my work for commercial use WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
•I have the right to decline any commission for any reason that I seem is reasonable.
•NO NFTs / AI
• I cannot do refunds. All payment is made upfront or after the sketch.

Client's use
.
•There isn't a max amount of revisions that could be made on the sketch but I will let you know if you are requesting too many.
•Unless discussed otherwise the commissioned piece is strictly for personal use.
•If the client intend to use commissioned artwork for commercial use it must be discussed beforehand and transfer of rights must be purchased.
•Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if rights are transferred.

Delivery
.
•The maximum time for the commission to be made is 3 weeks or 1 month.
•You will received the full res PNG upon approval of the final piece. I will send it to your provided Email/Discord/Google Drive, you choice.

Commission Process
.
1•After approving the details of the commission and receiving payment, I will start working on the sketch.
2•I will send you a sketch of your commission for approval. If you don't have specific pose in mind, I might draw several sketches for you to pick one.
3•After your approval of the sketch I will start finalizing the piece. Periodically I will send progress updates to you.
4•I will send you the final product in PNG via Email/Discord/Google Drive, you choice.

Adoptables & Designs TOS

1. Don't sell my designs for a higher price than you bought them
2. You can edit the design however you like but not till it unrecognizable from the original design.
3. Inspirations of my designs/ideas ok.
4. Do not use or sell my designs for commercial usage such as promotional content, brands, etc. Only can be used for personal use unless paying for commercial rights which the fees can be discussed.
